  Instrument usage:
    The YG420 Mask Heat Resistance Radiation Tester is an instrument used to test the heat resistance radiation performance of masks in high temperature environments. Produced according to relevant standards, mainly used for heat radiation testing of face masks, breathing hoses, medium pressure hoses, gas supply valves, and other respirators. Applicable to respirator production enterprises, quality supervision, scientific research and other units.

  Product features:
    1. Equipped with an electric heating tube heating device, adjustable through a PID temperature controller;
    2. Stainless steel reflector plate, used to enhance the thermal radiation performance applied to the face mask;
    3. Metal head mold device, capable of wearing a mask and allowing for free breathing;
    4. The metal head mold sliding track can move its horizontal position and adjust the distance between the mask and the radiation source;
    5. Equipped with a water-cooled heat flux meter device for measuring thermal radiation flux at standard distances;
    6. Color touch screen display, control, Chinese and English interface, menu style operation mode.
    7. The core control components are composed of a multifunctional motherboard using a 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics.
    8. The intensity of the radiation heat source can be adjusted by itself.
    9. The temperature recorder can collect and record temperature in real time.
    10. The time recorder records the temperature change time in real time.
