  Instrument characteristics:
    1. The structural design of the 12 workstation can simultaneously complete the pilling and pilling tests of six sets of samples (equivalent to six regular models);
    2. One click start, without the need for manual participation in pilling and pilling switching, greatly reducing testing time and improving testing efficiency;
    3. Six sets of grinding heads and grinding tables move relative on the same motion platform, ensuring consistency in test results;

    7. The turning parts of the grinding head adopt precision bearings to ensure that the positioning of the turning parts of the grinding head is accurate without clamping stagnation, the grinding head does not shake during operation, and the Circular motion track with a diameter of 40mm is accurately guaranteed.
    8. The grinding head is connected to the positioning guide hole using imported linear bearings, ensuring that there is no gap between the guide hole and the grinding head. At the same time, the falling friction resistance of the grinding head is reduced to nearly zero, ensuring that the sample is subjected to complete test pressure, and there is no gap between the grinding table and the sample clamp during movement, resulting in uneven friction.
    9. Equipped with a standard nylon brush, the nylon brush has undergone pre grinding treatment, and the bristles are set at a factory height of 6mm, allowing users to directly put it into use. Standard nylon brushes have unique numbers for easy quality tracking and data comparison.
    10. Nylon wire has uniform and consistent rigidity. Single sample: 150 nylon strands with a diameter of 0.3mm, with a pressing height of 12mm. Test results: Take the maximum force value that occurred during the testing process. See the nylon wire rigidity test report.
    11. After using this instrument to test, the surface of the sample has a uniform fuzzing and pilling effect. Pair and compare the samples to verify the friction effect of the nylon brush.
