  Instrument use:
    This machine is a high-speed yarn friction and cohesion tester, which is used to evaluate the abrasion resistance and friction and cohesion of yarn and the production of fabric yarn fuzz. Wrap the yarn onto three metal carding needles, and rub the yarn through the high-speed operation of the carding needle itself. The friction angle can be changed by moving the middle comb needle back and forth. There are two kinds of combing needles, one is for cotton thread with a density of 20 stitches/inch, and the other is for silk thread with a density of 25 stitches/inch. 19 more cotton threads can be installed at the same time, and 24 more silk threads can be installed. To measure the friction number of yarn from friction to cutting, usually only one yarn is used. When the yarn is cut, the brush counter automatically stops. You can set any number of turns. Once the testing machine is stopped, you can observe the yarn fuzzing and wear status at any time during the test.
