  PURPOSE: 

     To test the weight analysis efficiency of air filter.

  According to the standard: 

     ISO16890-3-2016 and other standard instrument

  features:

     2. Systematically test the air intake to remove suspended particles from the incoming air through HEPA. There is a steady pressure and steady flow device inside to ensure the stability of the flow, and the automatic control system is simple, fast and stable. 

    3. Pollutants are effectively filtered and then released into the air. 

    4. Equipped with a 10 inch touch screen, test results directly displayed in the interface, users can choose to directly or save data, with a remote network module, can be directly remote upgrade equipment.

     5, users only need to place the sample in the fixture, press the button, adjust the test flow, the system will pass the PLC automatic test, resistance, loading process, the whole process is simple, fast and efficient. 

    6, Integrated Air Flow Resistance Test Function, according to the setting of different flow detection air flow resistance.

    7. Negative pressure test mode, to prevent the test gas into the surrounding, on the health of the Tester. 

    8, ELECTROSTATIC NEUTRALIZER: equipped with electrostatic neutralizer, air flow can be neutralized, to avoid static adsorption of dust on the pipeline.
